**New Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) merchant customers who sign an Initial Order Form with Toast between April 15, 2024 and May 31, 2024 ("New Customer"), will be eligible to receive a one-time discount on Toast hardware (“Hardware”) in the amount of 20% if New Customer purchases a minimum of two thousand US dollars $2,000 of Hardware in its Initial Order Form with Toast; (ii) 40% if New Customer purchases a minimum of $4,000 of Hardware; or (iii) 60% if New Customer purchases a minimum of $6,000 of Hardware. This promotion excludes existing Toast customers who are actively using Toast's point-of-sale services under an existing Initial Order Form with Toast, and will not apply to any Toast products other than Hardware.
This promotion will expire on May 31, 2024. The discount may only be applied once per New Customer. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any other fees. This is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time.
