Most importantly, the main objective of this course is to create a quality learning environment that prepares you for the State Board Testing that you are required to pass in order to obtain your Real Estate License. This 99 hour required course will set the foundation for a successful career in Real Estate which offers an Unlimited Income Potential, Flexibility, and Independence. We offer Job Placement as well.
Note: You will be required to stay on camera at all times in order to be in compliance with The Delaware Real Estate Commission's attendance regulations. You must have a computer with internet access, camera, and speakers. There will be instructions and practice sessions available to our students at no additional charge.
