Hobart N50-60 Description
Supporting general mixing applications, the Hobart N50-60 mixer uses three fixed speeds—low, intermediate, and high. For consistent results, the speeds work best for blending and mixing ingredients. Its 5-quart bowl is made of stainless steel, and it locks at the bottom and top to ensure a secure mount when it's lifted with the hand lever. The transmission is gear driven, and the fixed-speed motor has a 1⁄6-horsepower structure to withstand heavy-duty operations.
Users can simply turn the Hobart N50-60 mixer on and off with the press of a button. The switches are large and easy to access. Operators manually lift the bowl with an ergonomic lever, enabling them to position it as needed for removal or ingredient loading. For versatility, this unit comes with a beater, a whip, and a hook. Safe for countertop use, it measures 103⁄8 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 17 inches high, and it comes in a gray hybrid powder-coat finish to match common kitchen color schemes.
