Live WI Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course
Our live course is offered in-person or virtually and is designed to help you pass the real estate exam on your first try. Our instructors will guide you through the entire process, from understanding the exam format to mastering the content. With our proven strategies and expert guidance, you'll be well-prepared to ace the exam and succeed in your real estate journey.
Self-paced Online Salesperson and Broker Pre-Licensing Courses
We've partnered with the WRA to offer an on-demand pre-licensing course option. You can work through the course on your own schedule, from anywhere you have WIFI. You have six months to complete the course. We are here to support you every step of the way and you are welcome to reach out to our instructors if you have any questions while completing the course.
Self-paced Online Continuing Education Course
This online self-paced Continuing Education Program is designed to help you stay up-to-date with the latest regulations in the real estate industry. You will stay compliant with your licensing in the state of WI and be prepared to face challenges that come your way as regulations change over time.
