First of all, I am using this with a Windows 7 Home x64 laptop, and I use it with flash-based remote classroom software.
* Just plug it in. It is recognized as a generic USB device. No need to download drivers. I suspect that it would work in Linux, but I have not tried it yet.
* It is actually comfortable enough to wear for three hours at a stretch. I was worried about this, especially since I have a slightly larger-than-normal haead.
* Sound quality (both ears and microphone) is very good. No complaints.
* If you care about proper left/right sound, the microphone goes on the left side of your head.
* Mute button and volume buttons on the lump in the middle of the cord. Also, a call button, but that does nothing for me (might work if I had skype going).
* Came with a draw-string cloth carrying case. Cheesy, but it works.
The problems...
* Other reviewers have complained about this thing being fragile. I am treating mine with kid gloves. So far so good. If it breaks, I will update my review.
* The "lump" in the cable that has the USB interface and the buttons is too close to the headset itself. Unless you are very short, you cannot clip to to your belt. You will have to let it hang or clip it to your collar, or clip it to the middle of your shirt or shirt pocket if you are wearing a button-up shirt.
Overall, this suits my needs perfectly, and I am very happy with this purchase so far.
In short, these are so good that writing this review has prompted me to buy another pair!
The cushion on your ears are comfortable for long periods of time. It automatically lets you hear your voice when taking a call so you know if you're being too loud or too quiet. Some headsets do not have this at all. The audio quality is also above average. Would recommend, but just take care of it as best as you can.

I don't think the item I received was authorized for resale. It arrived in an unsealed plain cardboard box that, from creases in the cardboard, appeared to have previously been opened. The plastic bag inside had smudges that appear to be from labels previously removed. No instruction manual was included, only a couple of pamphlets in what appear to be Korean and Russian, and a brief generic product guide in 29 languages that isn't specific to any product and recommends checking (nonexistent) system requirements located on the packaging for compatibility information. This doesn't seem like a used product, but there's definitely something shady going on here.
As for the headset itself, this is fairly expensive for what you get. The sound quality seems okay, but the frame feels uncomfortably rigid and the plastic feels brittle. It'll do for now, but when this breaks -- and it's definitely a matter of "when" not "if" -- I'll look elsewhere for a replacement.

Je suis ravie d'avoir pu en recommander un.
La qualité est toujours présente, bon son, on m'entends très bien sur discord, le vocal de mon clan sur mon jeu vidéo Wold of Warcraft.
